Each owner states on the listing what is covered during the rental and the excess. Ask them through the messaging if anything is unclear.

When am I charged?

You pay online when the owner accepts your booking. The money is released to the owner after the rental.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The cancellation conditions are shown on every listing before you book.

What happens at the handover?

You check the vehicle together with the owner, note the mileage and the fuel or charge level, and off you go.
